Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Leader to lead our efforts in migrating existing clients from legacy on-premise products to our innovative SaaS/Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in on-premise to SaaS migrations, adept at cross-selling, and capable of driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Client Migrations: Drive and manage the full sales cycle for migrating existing clients from legacy on-premise products to our SaaS/Cloud offerings, focusing on both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large market segments.
- Cross-Selling Expertise: Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities to expand our footprint within existing client accounts, ensuring clients fully leverage our product ecosystem.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies that resonate with our client base, maximizing migration success rates.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets based on successful client migrations and cross-sell conversions.
- Challenger Mindset: Approach sales with a challenger mentality, confidently addressing client objections and providing innovative solutions to complex migration challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales with a strong focus on migrating clients from on-premise to SaaS/Cloud solutions, particularly within the SME and large market sectors.
- Energetic & Passionate: Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for digital transformation.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute successful sales and migration strategies.
- Excellent Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
