Job Title: Retention Specialist
Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment. As a Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in mitigating business revenue and profitability risk through commercial issue identification, investigation, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communications with customers to negotiate contracts and resolve commercial issues.
- Be the subject matter expert on commercial contracts and BU-specific services for customer queries.
- Proactively engage with customers at risk of revenue loss or cancellation of services.
- Utilize value-based sales skills to establish client needs and provide alternatives for consideration.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools for lead follow-up, sale cycle disposition, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education.
- University/college education or similar relevant sales/commercial experience preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills.
