We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Court Residential Care Home in Easington Colliery. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to residents, following their individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
- Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a sense of community and well-being among residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.90.
