Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support residents with their leisure and social activities, encouraging engagement and participation
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.90
- 33 hours available per week, with opportunities for overtime
- A comprehensive training program, including induction, on-the-job training, and ongoing professional development

- Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential, as we provide comprehensive training)
