Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Participate in leisure and social activities, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.90
- 33 hours available per week, with opportunities for overtime
- A comprehensive training program, including on-the-job training and internal career development opportunities
