Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and documentation to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and third-party auditors to ensure effective communication and resolution of compliance-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of lifting equipment and machinery inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as compliance or a related discipline.
  • A recognized compliance certification, such as CQI or NEBOSH.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance-related issues.

The Rotolok Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, life assurance scheme, income protection plan, and employee support and perks package, along with a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
