We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting and be passionate about finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle financial inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in managing payroll, sales, and purchase ledgers, including posting customer payments, processing supplier invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Oversee credit control to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with coordinators and resolve finance-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.
- Previous experience in a financial role.
- Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office.
- AAT qualification would be desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- 20 days + bank holidays rising with length of service.
- Free parking.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. We offer a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work from home or in the office as needed. Our team is committed to providing excellent service and supporting each other's growth and development.
