Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting and be passionate about finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle financial inquiries with professionalism.
  2. Assist in managing payroll, sales, and purchase ledgers, including posting customer payments, processing supplier invoices, and reconciling accounts.
  3. Oversee credit control to ensure timely payments.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports to support business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with coordinators and resolve finance-related queries.
  6. Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a financial role.
  2. Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office.
  3. AAT qualification would be desirable.
  4. Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
