Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Dexory. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the upkeep and organization of kitchen and bathroom areas, including manual handling of supplies.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of client meeting rooms.
  • Assist with stationery orders and procurement.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Administer security passes and access control.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a facilities administration role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety protocols is an asset.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week and commute to our location.
