About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Agent to join our Infrastructure team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of site agents to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Agent with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. You will also have experience working with clients, designers, and contractors, and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
