About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Agent to join our Infrastructure team. As a Senior Site Agent, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of site agents to ensure the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of site agents to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage and mitigate risks, including health and safety, quality, and commercial risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with project teams, including site agents, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, quality, and safety
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Agent who has a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
