Senior Site Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Agent to join our Infrastructure team. As a Senior Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and other civil engineering works.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure that the project is delivered within budget.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the site is maintained in a safe and healthy condition.
- Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and other project team members, including engineers, surveyors, and other specialists.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, records, and other documents, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including health and safety risks, environmental risks, and other project risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance, including cost savings, schedule improvements, and quality enhancements.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and other civil engineering works.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement strategies to improve project performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, as required.
