About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Manager to join our B&I team in the North of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering operational standards primarily on new business mobilisations, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver a planned, operationally exceptional mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project management team with the implementation of Compass systems into new locations.
  • Champion the use of standard tools and processes for all Compass mobilisations.
  • Responsible for the setup, training, and delivery of systems such as Food Safety Management System, Health & Safety Compliance, Profit Protection, PCI compliance, Staff training and onboarding, Foodbuy Online Stocktaking, Ourtime (Time & attendance).
  • Coordinate planning, management, and delivery of contract mobilisations, refresh, and retention in order of priority.
  • Ensure that all mobilisations, refresh, and rebids are delivered within timescale and to the approved Compass Standards.
  • Act as an operational point of contact for the mobilisations, refresh, and retention projects alongside the Project Manager.
  • Maintain relations with Operations Teams, Project Managers, and central functions experts.
  • Proactively manage and highlight Mobilisation and retention risks and issues.
  • Monitor, collate, and suggest improvements to the Mobilisation processes and practices.
  • Ensure successful handover to Operations at the end of the Mobilisation and revisit audit dates are set and adhered to.
  • Support and complete Revisit Audits / Standards reviews to ensure ongoing support and coaching.
  • Manage operational requirements in line with the Budgets of the project and company spending practices, supplier usage, and retail standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Mobilisation Manager who has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in new business mobilisations. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure to deliver results.

You will have a good working knowledge of high street retail, food, and eating out consumer trends, as well as a good understanding of IT systems and programmes. You will be passionate about design, food, and customer service, with a flair for food, people management, and functional responsibility.

You will be a good communicator, with the ability to interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, and build credibility. You will have a proven track record of being quality driven, with a good commercial acumen and the ability to work within budgets.
