About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team at NHBC. As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims from validity through to conclusion. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of claims with regular touch points with customers.
  • Working to internal Service Level Agreements.
  • Supporting the standard claims workstreams as required.
  • Ensuring understanding and adherence to Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
  • Ownership and adherence to internal and external policies, procedures, and governance.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Insurance claims handling experience.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
