Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Coordinator to join our Transport Team at Brakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for adherence to statutory and legal undertakings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan vehicle compliance requirements to ensure adherence to statutory and legal undertakings
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Schedule regular vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance as needed
  • Verify documents and maintain accurate records using paper-based systems and software packages
  • Act as the first point of contact for drivers requiring assistance and deal with matters related to fleet discipline

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with knowledge of transport O Licence compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and integrity to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
