About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Coordinator to join our Transport Team at Brakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for adherence to statutory and legal undertakings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and plan vehicle compliance requirements to ensure adherence to statutory and legal undertakings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Schedule regular vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance as needed
- Verify documents and maintain accurate records using paper-based systems and software packages
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers requiring assistance and deal with matters related to fleet discipline
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with knowledge of transport O Licence compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and integrity to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
