About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Brentwood Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. As an experienced administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing strong organizational skills.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, providing exceptional support.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, managing competing demands.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude is vital.

Salary Range: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
