Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Control Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs and procurement within the property sector, developing and implementing cost-saving strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of feasibility estimates and option appraisal studies
  • Detailed cost planning and pre-tender estimating
  • Risk analysis and whole life cost assessment
  • Tender documentation and managing the tender process
  • Contract administration subject to training and experience

Requirements:

  • RICS exempting or non-exempting degree
  • Chartered status or working towards attaining chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
