Job Title: Military Claims Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our team as a Military Claims Solicitor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, with a focus on military claims.

Job Summary

The Military Claims Solicitor will be responsible for managing a caseload of military claims against the Ministry of Defence. This will involve working with clients to understand their needs and developing strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of military claims against the Ministry of Defence
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key issues and develop arguments
  • Prepare and present court documents and arguments
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong background in military claims and the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
