Job Title: Military Claims Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our team as a Military Claims Solicitor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, with a focus on military claims.

Job Summary

The Military Claims Solicitor will be responsible for managing a caseload of military claims against the Ministry of Defence. This will involve working with clients to understand their claims and providing expert advice on the best course of action. The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting court documents and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of military claims against the Ministry of Defence

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law related to military claims
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong background in military claims and the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
