IT Collaboration Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategically-minded Associate Manager to drive consolidation, optimization, and management of Exchange, Microsoft 365, and other collaboration tools essential for enhancing communication, productivity, and teamwork across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sr. Mgr – IT Associate Experience and VP – Infrastructure & Operations to set strategy for Associate Productivity Tools within the Energy Business, aligned with organizational objectives and IT initiatives.
- Work with I&O Leadership and other invested teams to influence the roadmap for implementing new tools, upgrading existing platforms, and optimizing their impact to the business.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and align tool strategies with organizational needs.
- Liaise with vendors to evaluate third-party solutions that ensure effective service delivery and support.
- Provide technical oversight and direction for multiple projects related to collaboration tools, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the effective use of collaboration tools in alignment with security, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
- Support the BSM, Energy Co. Power Systems with direction and support of Kohler Uninterruptible Power Systems; setting technical strategy that fits the needs of the business and establishing KUP within a resilient support structure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required, with a preference towards a master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership role overseeing collaboration tools or related IT functions.
