Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained across our nursery.

About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Ensuring the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of childcare and education provided
  • Collaborating with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification
