About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Management Officer to join our Document Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical and digital incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that all documentation is processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Document and Mailroom Manager in daily operations, including document control and mailroom management
  • Support the team in processing mail and documents, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to monitor and improve mailroom operations and document control processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment
