About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to Relationship Managers based in London.

As a key member of the BOS Wealth Management Limited team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to Ultra High Net worth/High Net worth clients and supporting the business activities of relationship managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support
    • Provide fundamental support in all aspects of client service, client relationship building, and account maintenance to deliver exceptional service to Ultra High Net worth/High Net worth clients.
    • Liaise with clients, service providers, and business support teams to ensure smooth and prompt transaction processing and service delivery of clients' requirements.
  • Client Communication and Resolution
    • Respond promptly and responsibly to client enquiries and/or requests, ensuring error-free and timely execution of clients' instructions.
    • Proactively manage client complaints and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Administrative and Operational Support
    • Ensure timely completion and update of Bank's internal systems of call reports, documentation, client profiling, and other administrative matters as required.
    • Receive and execute trade orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance
    • Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new systems before they are implemented Bank-wide.
    • Adhere to Group's Core Values, conducting business with utmost integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree/Diploma holder from a reputable institution.
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in client servicing or Front Office sales support within financial institutions.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Ability to work with complex structures for account opening and ongoing documentation requirements.
    • Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETFs, and treasury products.
    • Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg is preferred.
    • Basic understanding of credit, including lending (including mortgage) and leverage.
    • Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
    • Meticulous, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess a future-oriented mindset, strive to innovate, highly independent, willing to take ownership, and adapt to changes.
    • Must be a strong team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team.
