Support a Child's Academic and Social Growth

Dunbar Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a primary-aged child who has additional needs in a Telford primary school.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on a child's life and contribute to their educational success.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for the child.
  • Provide individualized support to the child, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social interaction and emotional well-being.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a related field.
  • Training in strategies for supporting children with various needs, such as autism or ADHD.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary £27,000-£32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
