Your Role as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer:
  1. Inspiring Learning: Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, providing learners with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their careers.
  2. Supporting Growth: Enjoy remote work with in-person learner engagement in the North East area, ensuring learners achieve their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in adult education.
  • Experience: Occupational competence in the health and social care sector with qualifications up to Level 5, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality training.
  • Delivery: Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships, ensuring learners meet their targets and reach their full potential.
  • Trainees: Unqualified candidates will be considered if they hold a level 5 H&SC qualification, highlighting our commitment to developing talent and investing in our team's growth.
