About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Alloa. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to one lady and two gentlemen who share their house. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the people we support are happy, safe, and fulfilled.

The people we support have faced many challenges in the past, but they are motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy trying new things. They are looking for a Support Worker who is inventive, supportive, and up for the challenge.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting with taking medication
  • Cooking and preparing meals
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Maintaining the homes of the people supported and managing their finances

We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, and able to communicate effectively with everyone. If you are a fun and kind individual who loves going the extra mile to improve the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
