About the Role:
The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Building Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless building operations, maintaining strong relationships with occupiers, and leading a team of on-site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Excellence: Manage and resolve all building/site related queries, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients and occupiers.
- Occupier Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and provide emergency/out-of-hours coverage.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the building adheres to all H&S regulations and legal requirements.
- Building Management: Familiarize yourself with all systems and layouts to manage the property efficiently and cost-effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a high-quality multi-let office building or estate.
- Expertise in liaising with clients, tenants, and consultants.
- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and building maintenance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and numerical skills.
- Ability to lead, take initiative, and thrive under pressure.
- A solid track record in managing staff and contractors.
