Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Production Process Developer to join our team at CV Library.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop technical solutions to complex problems within the business, customers, and suppliers.
  2. Demonstrate a safety-first mind-set and ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies and standards.
  3. Deliver technical support for manufacturing process development and integration.
  4. Implement Lean initiatives to continuously improve production processes.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Lead the implementation of production planning from concept through to production.
  2. Design processes to achieve high levels of capability using the Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) tool suite.
  3. Maintain technical expertise in Manufacturing Engineering and apply professional qualifications or background in engineering disciplines such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.

Requirements:

  • Fully competent in own field, developing skills in other areas.
  • Capable of providing technical input at all levels of work.
  • Technical representative able to represent the business at customer/supplier meetings.
  • Identifies and anticipates technical problems, offering solutions.

Estimated Salary: £28.66 per hour PAYE
