We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Professional to join our team at an inspirational SEN School in Ashington. As a valuable member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of pupils with diverse needs.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized support plans for pupils with challenging behavior, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing one-to-one support and small group assistance to facilitate the learning and development of these pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group assistance to pupils with SEN.
  • Contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young adults with SEN.
  • Degree-level qualifications in Education, Childcare, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £90 per day.
  • A full-time contract until the end of the Academic Year in July 2025.
