Logical Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading maintenance contractor operating in the power and utilities sector.
We are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our client's team based in Peterborough.
The successful candidate will assist the EHS Manager in developing, implementing, and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures across all client-owned and operated sites in the UK.
The role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
- Conducting site visits to monitor compliance and provide reports
- Providing training and guidance to employees
- Reviewing and analyzing accident performance and trends
- Supporting the onboarding process of new employees
The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma and a full clean UK driving license. Comfortable traveling between sites is essential.
Our client is a respected contractor providing operations and maintenance services to several sites in the UK. This role will be based at one of the following UK facilities: Peterborough, Derby, or Birmingham, with substantial travel across all England sites.
