Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate policy to Line Managers.
  • Review incident trends, follow up actions from audits and incidents, and prepare monthly QHSE statistics for site meetings.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and ensuring timely completion of actions.
  • Manage Food Safety and Quality standards within the operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working at a similar level within a logistics/warehousing environment, ideally in 3PL.
  • Confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels and ability to build strong relationships with senior management and customers.
  • Working towards or desire to obtain NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Experience in QHSE Management systems.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations and BRC Global Standard for Warehousing & Distribution Issue 4.
