Job Summary

The Forensic Planner/Delay Analyst will collaborate with the Claims Manager and Project Team Members to create a delay event tracker, capturing key events outside the company's control.

This role involves liaising with the project team, including Work Package Owners, Project Managers, Planners, and Commercial colleagues, to capture events according to the Claim Plan and structured method established by the Claims Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an impacted programme to demonstrate impacts on the critical path of the project and quantifying the total number of days of prolongation the company is entitled to, pre-mitigation.

Additionally, the candidate will quantify the float used up by delay events impacting the critical path and identify any mitigations enacted by the company, along with the cumulative time saved.

The role requires access to the company's P6 Primavera database and .xer files, and the candidate should possess their own Primavera P6 licence.
