Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare meals for residents, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage food stock, checking for quality and quantity, and reporting any issues to the Catering Supervisor.
  • Monitor and control portion sizes, ensuring residents receive the correct amount of food.
  • Collect and record data on food production, preparation, and service, as required.
  • Report any accidents, near misses, or damage to the Catering Supervisor.
  • Ensure the kitchen is secure and locked when not in use.

Package Details
