Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrative professional to join our team at Interaction Scunthorpe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administration and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Support the Managing Director with office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and cross-check order sheets and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and perform basic HR duties.
  • Recruit new staff members, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Order consumables and supplies as needed.
  • Perform filing and sending quotes/letters to customers under the Managing Director's instructions.
  • Update insurance details, vehicle checks, and general financial documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Sage Accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and support all aspects of business administration.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours between Monday and Friday, 9am-4pm.
