Part Time Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting and Payroll Assistant. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Managing Director and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for a small team using Sage 50, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage administration and HR duties, including recruitment and data protection.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and cross-check order sheets and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and arrange quotes and site visits.
- Follow up on payments for subcontractors and materials, and order consumables as needed.
- Filing and sending quotes/letters to customers under the MD's instructions.
- Check insurance details, vehicle checks, and general financial documentation.
- Qualified or experienced in Sage Accounting systems.
- Able to work independently and support all aspects of business administration.
- This is an onsite-based role, ensuring the telephone is answered.
Part-time role, 24 hours per week, with flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 9am-4pm. Salary: £24,000 per annum.
