About the Role

The ideal candidate for this Compensation Specialist position will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices. You will work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organisation's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation policies.
  2. Conduct benchmarking exercises and analyse market data to ensure competitive positioning in the industry.
  3. Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary reviews, and pay progression frameworks.
  4. Drive the preparation and implementation of variable pay schemes such as the Group Annual Bonus and other incentives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward roles.
  • UK knowledge essential.
  • International experience desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
