I am currently partnering with a dynamic global organisation who are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based in the UK – a flexible working arrangement is in place.

37.5 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this position is between £45,000 - £50,000 PA plus benefits that include:

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and your birthday off
Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic fast-paced organisation as a Reward Strategy Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to design and implement employee recognition programs, performance management systems, and other initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

In addition, you will provide guidance and support to managers on compensation and benefits-related matters, ensuring that all decisions are fair, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
