About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Telephonist. As the first point of contact for our service users, families, and visitors, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality front-of-house service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemail messages, taking accurate messages and actions as required.
- Facilitate the smooth running of reception, providing administrative support to clinics and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
- Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date, operating our patient record system to retrieve and record information.
- Work collaboratively with our admin team and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office procedures and patient administration systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team, with a positive and approachable attitude.
