The Sheffield College seeks a talented individual to fill the role of Receptionist at our Peaks Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and students, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Greet employees and guests, providing assistance and answering queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage in cross-college and external activities, promoting the college's values and reputation.
- Arrange appointments for students with specialists in other areas, streamlining the support process.
- Process fee payments and issue college ID cards, maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the maintenance of record systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Success in the role:
After a year of service, the successful candidate will be proficient in all service delivery functions and systems, possess a clear understanding of the college structure and support network, and consistently demonstrate the college's values while positively impacting all service users.
