Fire & Security Project Commissioning Specialist

Field-based in Scotland and Cumbria

p>Our client, a leading Fire & Security maintenance organisation, is seeking a Fire & Security Project Commissioning Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technically engineering, installing, and managing small and large projects across the portfolio.

p>Key Responsibilities:

  • Controlling and planning projects and commissioning works
  • Liaising with key clients to ensure programme deadlines are achieved with cost, quality, and compliance in mind
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Labour and materials requirement planning and control
  • Ownership of all engineering paperwork allocation and oversight of accurate completion
  • Managing engineers and sub-contractors as assigned
  • Carrying out installation and commissioning of systems and minor works when required

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in the Fire & Security Industry
  • Solid technical knowledge of the major fire and security systems
  • Previous experience with multi-site projects
