Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Progressive Recruitment in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

You will work closely with our Senior leaders and dedicated L&D consultants to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales and recruitment to progress their career in a dynamic and growing company.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business development and sales
  • Candidate attraction and sourcing
  • Client relationship building and account management

We offer a highly competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an uncapped individual commission structure paid monthly.
