Your Role as a Sales and Recruitment Professional
You will be responsible for helping to drive continued business growth by client retention and new client acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include regularly meeting with new and existing clients to build relationships and understand their business needs, developing a candidate talent pool that suits the needs of your hiring clients, collaborating with our in-house marketing team to develop regular warm leads, managing and growing a busy temporary and permanent multi-sector client base across the North West, and achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong sales and customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A full UK driving licence is also essential. Multiple positions are available in Bolton and Stockport. Full training will be provided to all new Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

With a competitive starting salary of up to £24,000, plus uncapped commission potential, this is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in sales and recruitment.
