Role Overview

Chevron Traffic Management is seeking a skilled Traffic Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic during roadworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
  • Maintenance of temporary traffic lights
  • Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying: cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment.
  • Helping and guiding new trainees

Requirements

  • SLG Unit 2 or M1 / M2 qualified as a minimum
  • 12d Lantra qualification is highly desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Chapter 8
  • Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test your offer will depend on the outcome of this
  • Positive "can-do" attitude

  • Meticulous attention to detail
