About the Opportunity

We are excited to expand our Operations division with a Graduate Project Delivery Engineer to join our Professional Development Programme. This role is based in Exeter and will involve working amongst our Project Delivery teams.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the delivery team, assisting the Project Engineer and Project Manager to gain knowledge and understanding in the management of projects. You will work on all stages of the project including design by providing assistance in:

  1. Driving projects forward.
  2. Setting out and managing site operations to ensure safety, quality, cost effectiveness, timely production, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Writing method statements and risk assessments, procuring sub-contractor, labour, plant, and material resources.
  4. Developing key relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Our Graduate Programme

This three-year structured graduate programme is designed to enable you to achieve professional status with the relevant professional institutions. You will receive practical, on-the-job training within your team of industry experts along with structured learning and development throughout your graduate scheme and beyond.

Requirements

To be eligible, you should have:

  • A degree in an engineering discipline, project management, or construction management.
  • The ability to travel to the office and sites, with a full UK driving licence preferred.
  • Flexibility to spend time in other offices and sites.
