Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer
Location: Home or Field based covering East Sussex and Kent

Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary £32,000 - £39,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE + Comprehensive benefits package including pension, expenses and much more.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Assessor and Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships at Level 4 or Level 5. You will also support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2, manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted, conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners, organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress, support, advise and motivate learners, and overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) or Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET). Ideally, you will have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare at Level 4 or Level 5. You must hold strong competency at Deputy Manager level or above within a Residential Childcare setting, hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum, and possess a full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Flexibility with travel is essential.
