About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our GROW Programme team at Riverside. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support and guidance to individuals with lived experience of multiple disadvantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of support plans to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front-Line Service Team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the day-to-day service.
  • Empower customers to take control of their lives by providing support and guidance in areas such as budgeting, employment, and education.
  • Signpost customers to external support services and resources to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records on the digital platform.

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. You will have a strong understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs.
