Job Title: PR Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Executive to join our team at Zoho Corporation B.V. in Europe. As a key member of our PR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing awareness in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the European PR lead in driving a strategic PR and communications programme that aligns with Zoho's business goals in the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure programmes support each other's activities in reaching the right audiences with the right messages at the right time.
  • Work with PR agencies to ensure they have the necessary information to drive success, review their content, and monitor their progress against goals.
  • Develop and write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
  • Research new publications and channels to expand our media reach.
  • Assist in analysing and monitoring campaigns to determine success.
  • Support the management of media interviews and attendance at Zoho or industry events.
  • Contribute to the development of creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
  • Effectively manage and organise projects in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of PR or related experience, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • A keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform business.
  • Strong relationships with technology and business-focused journalists and a good understanding of how media publications work with PR.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed with media engagement.
  • Excellent proven writing skills across a range of content types.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • Able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders important to Zoho.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely to achieve goals.
  • Native fluency in English.
  • Willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
  • This role will be based in either Valencia, Spain, or Lille, France, with occasional travel to our international headquarters in Chennai, India, or European offices.
