About the Role

Zoho UK is seeking a skilled PR Executive to support our growing awareness in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of UK & European PR to drive strategic PR and communications programmes that support Zoho's business goals in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the European PR lead in driving a strategic PR and communications programme that aligns with Zoho's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure programmes support each other's activities in reaching the right audiences with the right messages at the right time.
  • Work with PR agencies to ensure they have the necessary information to drive success, review their content, and monitor their progress against goals.
  • Write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
  • Research new publications and channels to expand our media reach.
  • Assist in analysing and monitoring campaigns to determine success.
  • Support the management of media interviews and attendance at Zoho or industry events.
  • Develop creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
  • Manage and organise projects effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of PR or related experience, preferably with a technology or software company.
  • A keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform business.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed with media engagement.
  • Excellent proven writing skills across a range of content types.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • Able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders important to Zoho.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
  • This role involves remote work from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to our UK office in Bletchley, near Milton Keynes, or international headquarters in Chennai, India, or European offices.
  • This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week.
  • Permanent employment role with an initial probation period.
