About the Company:

About the Role:

  • As a Maintenance Equipment Technologist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment in Preston & Blackburn.
  • You will work independently to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with forklifts and other materials handling machinery.
  • The role involves regular travel within the allocated geographical area, but no extensive stay away is required.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, ideally with experience working on forklifts or similar equipment.
  • You hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • You are physically fit and able to lift heavy components, as well as being comfortable working at heights.

Salary and Benefits:
