Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Position
\Location: Oakham Area
\Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
\We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role where you will be working with students who require additional support.
\Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing targeted support to small groups or individual students, managing classroom behaviour, and supervising students during break times and lunch.
\You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages and work closely with the teaching staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
