Senior Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Recovery team at West Suffolk Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-operative care to adult and pediatric patients.
Job Responsibilities:- Prioritize patient care, ensuring timely recovery and safe transfer to wards.
- Maintain high standards of clinical judgment, intervention, and decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 12 months of relevant experience in Recovery, preferably in a Band 5 position.
- Evidence of smooth progression in Recovery skills development.
- Ability to coordinate shifts effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and guidance.
Salary Estimate: £43,041 - £56,951 per annum (dependent on experience).
